ICCPP Service Items:

 

1.The ownership and operation right of IC Credit Program Planning（ICCPP in short） belong to ICCPP.

 

It is compulsory to accept the service terms completetly and strictly when use the service by ICCPP. When press the “I AGREE”button, it will show the agreement with the terms and the success of registration by users.

 

2、Per the system requirement of ICCPP business service center, all the users agree:

(1). Provide updated, detail and accurate personal data. All data entered originally will be cited as registration Data.

(2). It is necessary for Users to update registration data on time when any changes. All users’registration data will be deem as correct user ID data, which will be the official, validate users ID data in all activities.

If any wrong, incorrect, outdated or uncomplete personal data, we reserve the right to terminate the service provided by ICCPP. Therefore, we can’t help or take any responsibility caused by the unrecognizable ID and account information.

3.Service terms modification

ICCPP reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of the Site will be subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the Site at the time of such use. Users should pay high attention to it time to time when use the service.ICCPP will try the best to notice all the users if any changes in all related pages.If users continue to use the service, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.

 

4、Account, password and safety

 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account Username(s) and password (s). You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. If there is a breach of the confidentiality of a password(s) or Username(s) assigned to you, or any breach of security through your Member's account, then you shall notify ICCPP immediately in writing and send the information at support@iccpp.com

 

5、Users management

It is duty for users to be responsible for the publiced contents on ICCPP. It is necessary to Obey the law and regulations of the people’s republic of China and International law standards. Users have to ensure:

(1)All supply and demand info is ture and reliable. ICCPP reserves the right to delete it before notify users if fake info.
 (2) Obay all related internet agreement,regulations and procedures. Include: users must promise that they will not transfer or public any illegal,harrassable, malicious words or information. Users can’t transfer or public any information against the law, neither against country safety. It is prohibited to use others computer system without permission.

 

If users mismatch the service terms abovel ICCPP will stop the service to the account immediately.

 

 ICCPP will not be responsible for any information publiced by users. It includes but not limited to the loss or damage by the incorrect contents/

 

6、Guarantee

Users agree to protect and maintain the benefits of all ICCPP members. Users will pay for the lawyer fee, compensation fee and copyright fee due to operations beyond the service competence.

 

7.  Law interpretation

The parties to this Agreement hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of People’s republic of China. If any conflicts between service terms and related laws, pls refer to the laws.
